From the corner of Memphis and W. 41st Street.A few weeks ago, I recieved a friendly e-mail from Robert B., Memphis School class of 1964, now living way out in Carmel, California. He caught this blog and asked if I could photograph and post the site where Memphis School once stood. Here they are Robert and to all the other out-of-state Memphis alums that are curious about the new greenspace!
Greg,thanks forthe memorys.It was nice to go down memory lane.I was at memphis in the 50s and the teachers were very good,I left after 4 grade and moved to colorado. I still think about Mmephis school. I love the photos. keep on putting them on the web.
